Chủ đề: “Chủ quyền kinh tế và quân sự trước toàn cầu hoá và biến động địa-chính trị – Những kết nối mới giữa thương mại, đầu tư, an ninh và quốc phòng”
NEME Chair, phối hợp cùng các đối tác tại Pháp và Việt Nam, trân trọng thông báo tổ chức phiên bản thứ hai của Hội thảo Quốc tế, hướng đến làm rõ những kết nối mới và ngày càng phức tạp giữa kinh tế, an ninh, đầu tư và quốc phòng trong bối cảnh toàn cầu nhiều biến động.
Tiếp nối thành công của kỳ đầu tiên diễn ra tại Tours và Nantes (tháng 3–4/2025), hội thảo năm nay nhấn mạnh phân tích pháp lý đồng thời mở rộng đối thoại liên ngành giữa Luật, Khoa học chính trị và Kinh tế. Chúng tôi kính mời các nhà nghiên cứu gửi tóm tắt đề xuất bài viết, với độ dài tối đa 500 từ, theo hướng dẫn dưới đây.

Hỗ trợ tài chính
Đối với mỗi bài được chấp nhận, NEME Chair hỗ trợ chi phí lưu trú cho một tác giả, bao gồm ba đêm khách sạn (30/09, 1–2/10/2026), toàn bộ bữa ăn và tiệc chiêu đãi hội thảo. Chi phí di chuyển do tác giả tự chi trả.

Theme: Economic and Military Sovereignties in the Face of Globalisation and Geopolitical Turmoil – New Connections Between Trade, Investment, Security, and Defence
The NEME Chair, in collaboration with its partners in France and Vietnam, is pleased to announce the organisation of the second edition of the international conference dedicated to examining the increasingly complex connections between economics, security, investment, and defence in a rapidly changing world.
Building on the success of the first edition held in Tours and Nantes in March–April 2025, this year’s conference places particular emphasis on legal analysis while fostering interdisciplinary dialogue across law, political science, and economics. We warmly invite researchers and scholars to submit paper proposals of no more than 500 words.

Financial Support
For each accepted paper, the NEME Chair will support one author, including three hotel nights (September 30, October 1–2, 2026), all meals, and the official reception. Transportation costs remain the responsibility of the author.

ANNONCE – APPEL À COMMUNICATIONS
Thème : « Souverainetés économique et militaire face à la mondialisation et aux bouleversements géopolitiques – Nouvelles connexions entre commerce, investissement, sécurité et défense »
La Chaire NEME, en collaboration avec ses partenaires en France et au Vietnam, a le plaisir d’annoncer la deuxième édition de la conférence internationale, qui vise à analyser les liens émergents et de plus en plus complexes entre économie, sécurité, investissement et défense dans un contexte mondial en mutation.
Dans la continuité de la première édition, organisée à Tours et Nantes en mars–avril 2025, cette édition met l’accent sur l’analyse juridique tout en favorisant un dialogue interdisciplinaire entre le droit, la science politique et l’économie. Les chercheurs sont invités à soumettre un résumé de leur proposition, limité à 500 mots.

Soutien financier
Pour chaque proposition acceptée, la Chaire NEME prendra en charge les frais de séjour d’un·e auteur·e, incluant trois nuits d’hôtel (30 septembre, 1–2 octobre 2026), les repas et la réception officielle. Les frais de transport restent à la charge des participant·e·s.
